The first day of the show was spent on meetngs, playing a few games, assisting SJ at his signing session, and a walk back to the hotel (a walk that is best forgotten; the good news is, I think I know the way to our hotel now). I didn't get much time to explore the show (just what could be seen walking from one Pegasus booth (in hall 6) to the other (in hall 12)). Still, I did see a couple of very cool things while walking.

Arbos, a crazy dexterity game that was published in 1999. The idea is to use all of your branch and leaf pieces without knocking anything over. It's about $30 so I may have to see if I can find the booth again and buy a copy. It looked fun (placing the pieces is very tough).

MIB Jan Hendricks was kind enough to bring gifts for me and SJ, including these very tasty Stroopwaffles -- waffle-cake snacks with caramel syrup inside. I ate one, and it was very filling.

The new PitchCar expansion. I did not buy a copy; the box is very heavy and would be about all I could bring home. I hope someone in the US gets this in.
Today I woke up at 3 am, unable to sleep, so I went through mail and did a little reading. I have to meet SJ for breakfast at 8:30 and then I'll go to the show and run Revolution until my noon meeting.
